OF NOTE: HEALTH will hear from Board of Health, where Jessica McKnight has been named new health department administrator and there are updates on community services as contracted with Chestnut & CHS for Embedded School Projects, CHS Crisis & Psychiatry services, Problem Solving Courts, PATH Crisis Line, Project Oz student education, Baby Fold Health Start and YWCA Labyrinth House. JUSTICE will contract for 250 hours of services from Counselor to provide intensive probation and counseling services for the Adult ReDeploy program, and case management & psychiatric services from Center for Youth and Families for court services. ZBA will update county code to include Cannabis businesses among definitions and allow for operation of businesses with Special Use permits.

4:30 pm HEALTH Departmental matters: Tammy Brooks (Health Department), and Cindy Wegner (County Nursing Home) will present Monthly and General Reports. Ms. Wegner will request approval of Medical Advisory Committee Agreement with Dr Steven Ingalsbe as Advisor at a rate of $160/hr for 4.5 hours a month; and Amendment for Inpatient Respite Services with Meridian Hospice to adjust per diem rates as $400 for General Inpatient stay and $225 for Respite services. Ms. Welch (Adult & Juvenile detention centers) will request approval with Dental Clinician Dr Eric Abreu for Adult Detention Medical at a rate of $152.59/Hr and $110 monthly stipend, and with Cathy Vogel for Juvenile Detention Medical/Mental Health Services (hourly rates vary per services and not to exceed $33,176); and will present Healthcare Reports. 7:00 pm Zoning Board of Appeals will hear 3 cases: ZV-19-06 from Bryan Grimes requesting variance in maximum sq feet allowed for accessory building to exceed limit by 624 sq ft to store equipment and allow for maintenance work to be done away from personal farm animals in Ellsworth, IL; ZA-19-08 is zoning amendment to add Cannabis Craft Grower, Cultivation Center, Dispensary, Infuser, Processor and Transporter to Definitions within the code and to allow said businesses to operate under special use permits in several zoning districts, and to add use standards for cannabis businesses; and ZA-19-07 from Erik Pokarney requesting map amendment to change zoning classification from Agricultural to Manufacturing so that he may expand his boat business in Lexington IL.
