Cindy Wegner (director of the County Nursing Home) will present Monthly and General Reports. The Blue Ribbon Panel was postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Michelle Welch and Jason Tabb will present Healthcare Reports from Adult & Juvenile detention centers. Camille Rodriguez, the County Administrator, will present Budget Adjustment recommendations amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2019 Combined Annual Appropriation (to adjust anticipated expense categories to actual expense categories), report on Recent Employment Activities (Health Dept: Public Health Nurse) and General Report.
8:00 am TRANSPORTATION Departmental Action Items: Requests approvals of IDOT Applications and Service Agreement for SHOWBUS for 2021, March Maintenance Letting for Oil & Chip maintenance work on 3 sections of County Hwy ($4.2M); March Project letting for repair to Ron Smith Memorial Highway for recycling/resurfacing project ($1.9M); for March Equipment letting for one 2020 ½ Ton Pickup Truck with trade in for 2014 Truck ($17,791); Budget Adjustment for funds received from Bright Stalk Wind farm ($1.6M), engineering expenses associated with the Rte 66 Bike Trail ($37,240), and purchase of right of way (14,700); Bridge Construction petition for Joint Culvert Replacement in Empire Road District (County Cost- $9,650); Documentation to be filed for MFT from County and Road District and Township Bridge Fund from FY2013-2017; and Local Agency Agreement/Matching Tax Resolution for Towanda East Road (County cost $381,593 of $2.2M project). In addition, Circuit Clerk will request renewal of contract for microfilming services and extension of leave of absence (to be distributed). County Administrator will present Budget Adjustment recommendations amending the McLean County Fiscal Year 2019 Combined Annual Appropriation (to adjust anticipated expense categories to actual expense categories), approve an agreement with Bureau of Justice Assistance for Comprehensive Assessment Team grant receipt, also give report on Employment Activities (Circuit Clerk: Courtroom Clerk, Office Support Specialist II; Sheriff: Office Support Specialist I, Visitor Aide; MetCom: Telecommunicator; and State’s Attorney: Asst. State’s Attorney I); and General Report.
