Jason Tabb will present Healthcare Report from Juvenile detention center (19 admissions and 11 releases). Camille Rodriguez, the County Administrator, will report on Recent Employment Activities (Nursing Home- Food Services Assistant; Health Department Office Support Specialist).

8:00 am TRANSPORTATION Departmental Action Items: Requests approvals of Project Letting (Colfax-Weston Road as part of Blooming Grove Wind Farm repair- $974,433) Equipment letting and Resolution of Surplus Property (2 Dump Body, Hoists & Hydraulic systems for $125,488), Motor Fuel Tax and Hwy Resolution for Horse Farm Rd to reconstruct road with wider ditches, shoulders and have new road meet current standards; Resolution for Memorial Road Designation in tribute to Scott Bundy (died performing Hwy Department Duties in 2019), and Budget adjustment for County Hwy fund for 3 additional projects not budgeted for but are part of the Blooming Grove Wind Farm project and records receipt of fund for these projects ($6M).
4:30 pm JUSTICE Departmental matters: Molly Evans (director of Children’s Advocacy Center), Jon Sandage (Sheriff), Kathy Yoder (Coroner), Don Knapp (State’s Attorney), Mike Donovan (Director of Court Services), Don Everhart (Circuit Clerk), and Carla Barnes (Public Defender) will present statistics and General Report. In addition, CAC will request approval of Intergovernmental Agreement with Il Criminal Justice Information Authority for partial salary of 3 CASA Case Managers, 1 CASA Program Director (also fringe/contractual expenses), contract with DeWitt Community Mental Health Board for $9,300 for joint liability/malpractice insurance; and Public Defender will request position reclassification for employee to provide a higher salary. Camille Rodriguez (County Administrator) will report budget adjustments for Annual Appropriation and Asset Forfeiture Fund for $26,768 from Local CURE program to buy equipment for State’s Attorney’s office, Coroner/CAC/Law Library/State’s Attorney, and Letter of Engagement with MTG Management Consultant for the next upgrade to the Case Management portion of the Electronic Justice System; and report on recent employment activities (Sheriff- Correction Officer and Deputy Patrol Officer).
