8:00 am TRANSPORTATION Departmental Matters: Requests approvals of Equipment Letting and resolution of Surplus Property (purchase one each Crew Cab and Regular Cab Trucks with Dump Bodies for $117K; sell 2006 and 2008 Ford F350 trucks), Update County Ordinance Imposing Weight Limitations (due to road upgrades, we have roads that can now sustain loads of 80,000 and need to be designated as such), Weight Limit resolutions for this designation: Cropsy Road and Ropp Road; Presented for Information: Project updates on Lexington East Road, Washington St in Carlock, Ropp Road, Linden St; Non-Highway Vehicle Ordinance Discussion (per report summary: Based on average daily traffic (ADT), the current speeds and the character of traffic on County Highways, the McLean County Highway Department advises against allowing non-highway vehicles to run on County Highways. Safety is a priority for the County Highways in the municipalities of McLean County, and anything introduced into the system that could compromise safety should be avoided.); Division Street (CH 19, in-town Chenoa).
4:30 pm JUSTICE Departmental matters: Molly Evans (Children’s Advocacy Center), Jon Sandage (Sheriff), Kathy Yoder (Coroner), Don Knapp (State’s Attorney), Will Scanlon (Circuit Court), Mike Donovan (Director of Court Services), Don Everhart (Circuit Clerk), and Ron Lewis (Public Defender) will present statistics and General Report. In addition, CAC Director will request approval of Lease agreement for Pontiac CAC space at the Livingston County Health Department, budget adjustment for receipt of additional grant money from IL CAC ($94k), Sheriff will request approval of IGA with State of IL, ILEMA, and County for the Nuclear Safety Grant Program and approval of Addendum to the Idemia Identity & Security USA System Maintenance Agreement (to add technical support and service maintenance for LiveScan system); Court Services will request renewal agreement with Kevin Crutcher (counseling services to reduce recidivism) and with Center for Youth and Family Solutions for Seeking Safety Services; and Ms Taylor (Interim County Administrator) will be available for questions.
