5 pm SPECIAL COUNTY BOARD MEETING Approval of resolution Declaring McLean County a Local Disaster area and extending opportunity for residents to file damages and seek appropriate funding from 7/6/21 to 7/16/21.
4:30 pm FINANCE Departmental Matters: Monthly reports from Michelle Anderson (Auditor), Becky McNeil (Treasurer- approval for surrender/cancel a tax sale certificate, Monthly Financial report), Kathy Michael (County Clerk- increase Fee for Marriage and Civil Union Licenses from $38 to $65 which is the average of surrounding counties), and Marshell Thomson (Animal Control- Removal Agreement Template: $100/animal plus mileage and Shelter Agreement Template of $50/animal for local villages and towns who would like to contract with Animal Control for services). Cassy Taylor (Interim County Administrator) will present items for action: IGA amending Enterprise Zone/Operation Criteria; Reclassification of Triage Center Specialist, Reclassification of the Public Health Planning/Bioterrorism Coordinator; and Approval of OSSI position for the Emergency Preparedness Program). Health department will request adjustment to budget to establish an Office Support Specialist-I for the Emergency Preparedness Program.
